Why I coach?
I turned a lifetime challenge into a superpower. Now I help others do the same.

I know what it's like to feel like your body is working against you.The highs and lows. Doing everything "right" and still not getting the results. I've lived it.  

I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at six years old. I had to learn to fuel my body, manage my energy, and take back control. That challenge became my greatest strength.

But it wasn't always easy. I spent years chasing perfection, obsessing over numbers, and trying to prove I was healthy enough.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to control everything. and started fueling myself with intention, strategy, and trust.

I'm Kenzie McMillen. Now I help others do the same without guessing, the stress, or the extremes.
